Manager of Finance

The Team Global Finance & Risk Technology (GF&RT) Division is the finance function providing financial and analytical support to Global Enterprise Technology (GET), as well as to business line management.

The Role As part of the GF&RT team, this role will support with variance analysis, forecasting, planning, executive commentary and analysis of results .

Some of the Key Accountabilities include: provide guidance to Finance Executives on proposals and provide meaningful recommendations Prepare, review, and analyze GET results/forecast/plan and provide executive analysis Using the Bank’s internal management information systems identify variances to budget and reporting problems.

Responsible for salary and benefit forecast and plan Complete ad-hoc assignments as requested What You Will Bring to Succeed CPA with strong knowledge of finance and accounting.

5-year minimum experience with knowledge of financial accounting and generally accepted accounting principles Solid business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate needs to business users & technology teams in a clear, concise manner Skilled in critical thinking, problem solving & conflict management.

Multi-tasking among cross-functional streams.

Being adaptive team player to lead the change.

Experience in Financial Services industry is an asset Big 4 accounting firm work experience is an asset Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup) Excellent attention to details and time management skills.

Ability to take instructions, interpret requirements and carry out various tasks at hand in an aggressive yet friendly atmosphere.
