– Time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for a Registered Nurse on our General Internal Medicine (D2) , located at the Bayview campus.

Hours of Work: Every Other Wednesday/Thursday, Days, 12 hrs; Every other Sat/Sun 12 hour, Nights; As per schedule; Statutory Holidays are required SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provides direct patient care to patients in the General Medicine/Nephrology PSU in accordance with standards of the College of Nurses organization.

Embracing the philosophy of Person Centered Care; Collaborates with patients and families and multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care needs and documents information according to appropriate standards Engages in continuous learning and improvement activities in the work environment by providing feedback regarding areas progressing well and those requiring improvement Qualifications: Current Ontario Registration, B.Sc.N.

preferred Successful completion of pre-interview quiz.

Passing mark 80% Current B.C.L.S.
