What you’ll achieve The Software Manager
– 5G gNodeB DU will be a key member of a brand new, built from the ground up, high powered Ottawa R&D team.

The team will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a technology new to Dell for addressing the demands of the 5G Radio subsystem for operators and to help our customers to exploit this significant market evolution.

The candidate for this role will have management experience in a software development role in an R&D organization, and will have significant experience in in a 4G/5G wireless development organization.

You will Direct, leads and manages a 5G software development team Assume both line and project management accountability in 5G NR gNodeB RAN solutions Ensure team meets project requirements for schedule and quality Hiring and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce Coordinate third party deliverables contributing into the product Have experience managing a multi-site development team Create and execute software development processes, and be an passionate Agile practitioner Line responsibilities include human resource hiring & management, setting team tools and methodologies, stakeholder reporting, and product quality Have responsibilities including accountability for customer deliverables, budget, and schedule Have previously managed a multi-site test team Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
