Job Description: We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to join our OMS team.

This individual will consult with our clients on the order management and commerce best practices, helping them to make smart decisions.

This person will also be defining business process flows, business and functional requirements that ultimately lead to a successful implementation of an OMS platform.

Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert on Order Management Work closely with the Engineering and Delivery teams Lead discovery sessions with the client Manage the implementation effort leveraging Confluence and JIRA Facilitate user acceptance testing Document the requirements and specifications Qualifications: 2 years in a client facing role (consultancy or agency preferred) Experience implementing or consulting on OMS implementations A strong understanding of digital commerce Understanding of Distributed Order Management, Order Capture, Vendor Drop Ship, Global Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, Endless Aisle, and Reverse Logistics concepts Ability to create order management process flows Familiarity with mapping APIs Experience with IBM Sterling OMS, Salesforce OMS or Manhattan OMS are nice to have Experienced documenting requirements and creating user stories Comfortable using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.

For individuals assigned to and/or hired in Colorado, the anticipated salary range for this position is$100K
– $130k, which is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications.Pay ranges in locations other than Colorado may differ based on labor market wage rates in those locations.
