Within Immunology, driven by a dissatisfaction with the status quo, our mission is to redefine treatments for immune diseases by delivering groundbreaking and accessible therapies and regimens to patients with autoimmune disease.

IBD, encompassing Crohn’s Disease (CD) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC), is a key area of focus for Janssen.

Since introducing the first tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor to the market in 1998 for the treatment of Crohn’s Disease, we changed the IBD treatment paradigm and remain focused in this disease area.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies that will deliver strong business results for our evolving IBD portfolio Lead the advancement of our digital and omnichannel capability within the IBD marketing team, in close partnership with our Centre for Digital Engagement.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in execution, and will collaborate extensively with the Sales, Medical, Analytics, Regulatory and Access teams.

Cultivate reciprocal customer relationships, uncover insights, generate, implement, and lead multi-channel tactical plans.

Analyze market research and various data sources and apply core marketing fundamentals to innovate boldly differentiated strategies.

Build and monitor sales forecasts, as well as the marketing OPEX budget for your area.

Qualifications University degree in Science or Business required; MBA preferred A minimum of 5 years of healthcare industry experience in sales, marketing, or a related field Product management and/or pharmaceutical marketing experience Demonstrated proficiencies with strategic thinking and tactical execution Demonstrated cycle of success in achieving business results through the application of foundational marketing principles including business planning, analysis, metrics, and financial acumen Proven success in the development and implementation of creative customer solutions that drive return on investment Ability to rapidly build relationships, lead without authority, and inspire followership Validated leadership competencies including critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, influence, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity Ability to both zoom in (attention to detail) and zoom out (see the big picture) during analysis and decision-making Demonstrated abilities with prioritization, organization, and project management Ability to communicate effectively by making the complex simple Diversity and inclusion are central elements of the shared culture across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
